Home delivery :

Shipping fee

  • HUF 1,500 when using Someday Delivery
  • An extra HUF 150 will be charged for the cash on delivery (COD) service.

Delivery time
  • Orders placed before 12:00 that day will arrive on the next business day.
  • If orders are placed after 12:00 on the same day, they will be dispatched the next working day and will arrive within 1-3 working days.
Shipping details
  • As soon as your order has been shipped from the warehouse, our system will send you a "Shipment confirmation email" with the tracking number of the order. You can check the delivery status by entering the waybill number on the corresponding logistics websites. If you need to choose the exact delivery time, please contact the logistics company.
  • In order for the courier to be able to contact you smoothly, please double confirm that the mobile number entered on the checkout page is correct.

Store pick-up:

Collection details
  • Please print or show your "In-Store Receipt Email" on your mobile to the staff to check when you go to pick up your order. The staff will ask you to sign the receipt to receive your order.
  • Please note that you must collect your order within 14 days of receiving the "In-Store Receipt Email". Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.
